Is the primary weight loss phase, you will lose 100% of your weight loss goal during this Phase. Your body will be taught to live off its own fat reserve.
When not on a diet, our body’s main source of energy is its carbohydrate reserves. On this diet, we deplete those reserves, so our body is compelled to go to the fat and muscle reserves to burn calories, and get energy. With Ideal Protein's high biological protein products and specially formultated supplements, our muscle is protected so that we do not lose muscle, but only fat. This is NOT a high protein diet, it is a balanced and healthy diet with an adequate amount of protein. For type 1 Diabetics (those on Insulin) there is a safe and effective Alternative protocol.
You will be coached and monitored weekly by our professional and Elite coaching staff. Each staff member has thier own success story with Ideal Protein and is knowledgable and passionate about helping others to achieve thier health goals.
You will slowly start adding more fats into your diet. You will only be on Phase Two for a maximum of 2 weeks.
You will focus on weight stabilization and gradually reintroduce carbohydrates and healthy fats into your diet (in the morning only).
Once your weight is stabilized, you will move to the fourth and final Phase, where you will begin applying the smarter eating education taught by your personal weight loss coach. This knowledge will assist you in making smarter lifestyle choices after dieting.
